Bianca Belair heads into the Royal Rumble with a win over Bayley on SmackDown

The “EST” of WWE heads into the Royal Rumble with momentum on her side after she defeated Bayley on the “go-home” episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

Belair faced the longest-reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion in WWE history for the second time in an entertaining and competative match.

Belair got to showcase her astounding athleticism while Bayley’s impeccable heel work was in full flow. The back-and-forth action started with Belair in control from a slam and suplex combination. Bayley grabbed the EST’s ponytail to shift momentum and focus to her opponents left arm. Belair powered through before hitting the Kiss of Death for the win.

After the match Belair states that the victory over someone with Bayley’s incredible success record was the biggest win of her career thus far.

On a WWE Network exclusive, the “Role Model” swore revenge on Belair at the Royal Rumble.

Bianca Belair and Bayley are two of the favourites to win the women’s Royal Rumble on Sunday. Will Belair’s momuntum take her all the way to Rumble sucess or will Bayley’s threat come true? One thing is for sure their is feud is far from over.

On the show Sasha Banks had a run in with Carmella‘s sommelier, Reginald. He presented the champ with the perfect bottle of wine to go with her loss of the title. The “Boss” took it in her stride and asked him what is the best wine for drinking through a straw when she breaks Carmella’s jaw at the Royal Rumble.

During the WWE announced that Carmella vs Sasha Banks for SmackDown Women’s Championship is now official for the Royal Rumble. The two have been fueding for weeks and now Carmella gets another chance to become a two-time SmackDown women’s champion.
