Tonight is the first RAW after the TLC pay-per-view and although there was only one women’s match at that event it certainly had everyone talking. In a hellacious TLC main event match, The Kabuki Warriors would retain their Women’s Tag Team Championship against Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. In the end, Asuka climbed the ladder to retrieve the belts.
Just like the women’s matches for the past few pay-per-views this one wasn’t without its controversies. Kairi Sane was visibly injured during the match and is said to be a concussion. At this time it has not been announced by WWE just yet but they will likely shed light on it on tonight’s RAW. It has however been confirmed by Ryan Satin that Sane will at least not be cleared to wrestle at this time without a timeframe on a return just yet.
At this time there isn’t anything being advertised for the women tonight and with Sane out that is one less woman to be on the show. Perhaps they will debut Liv Morgan‘s return sooner than expected?
