This is perhaps the most popular – and most shocking – heel turn in Diva history. Trish started out her WWE career as a heel, but she truly became a star as a babyface, perfecting the “fan favorite underdog” role. Thus, it shocked everyone when she turned heel at WrestleMania 20, betraying Chris Jericho with a series of slaps and an intense liplock with his former best friend Christian. Her turn not only felt like a betrayal of Jericho, but a betrayal of all the fans. That’s how you knew it was a dynamite heel turn.
