Gisele Shaw is still the MLP Women’s Canadian Champion as she defeated Shotzi Blackheart on Saturday at Resurrection.
This was Shaw’s second defense after becoming the inaugural champion in May. She defeated Kylie Rae in the finals of a tournament and then defeated her in a rematch.
In this match there was some assistance from Matt Cardona who has a rivalry with Blackheart circling. Cardona and Blackheart recently in June at a GCW event, citing that Cardona broke her arm. With the referee down in this match against Shaw, Cardona appeared and delivered Radio Silence to Blackheart. This allowed Shaw to pick up the win.
