Halloween Havoc Reportedly Returning This October

Halloween Havoc seems to be on the schedule for the third year in a row and will take place on October 22. The former WCW event was brought in as an NXT show in 2020.

According to an exclusive report by PWInsider, the event will be treated a little differently than it has been in the past two years. Instead of it being a weekly special event during the normal NXT 2.0 timeslot it will be a premium live event this year.

At last year’s event, all of Toxic Attraction won their first gold in the company including Mandy Rose capturing the NXT Women’s Championship. She currently holds that title and will be putting it on the line in a unification catch with the NXT UK Women’s Title this Sunday at Worlds Collide.

Shotzi Blackheart served as the host for the 2020 event. And the ‘Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal’ was introduced to determine match stipulations at both events. Matches such as a Tables, Ladders, and Scares, Trick or Street Fight, and Scareway to Hell Ladder Match are ones that have been selected.
