Lady Frost coming from “somewhere cold” has made her IMPACT debut.
Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo made an open challenge with her title on the line for this week’s IMPACT just nine days before Slammiversary. Lady Frost answered the challenge.
With Lady Frost holding her own, she delivered a spinning roundhouse kick before going up top. She executed a beautiful moonsault but was unable to connect and tweaked her ankle in the process.
Purrazzo capitalizes with a couple of kicks to the face and drove her challenger into the mat. Instead of getting the three count, she pulled up Frost at the count of two toying with her for just a moment. She then locked in the armbar causing Frost to tap and Purrazzo retains her title.
Lady Frost has done recent work with both AEW and NWA. She has faced the likes of Red Velvet, Taryn Terrell, and Jennacide. She has also appeared for WWE in 2018 on RAW in a match against Asuka under the name Jamie Frost.
