Liv Morgan is injured. This is not kayfabe.
On the June 16 episode of Raw, Morgan was set to take on Kairi Sane. No more than seconds into the match, Sane took down Morgan with a single leg takedown which had Morgan land awkwardly on her elbow. The belief is to be an injury to her shoulder/arm but a full report hasn’t been confirmed.
The match had to be stopped, declaring Sane as the winner. Morgan was helped to the back by medical.
Morgan kicked off Raw with a promo against Nikki Bella, who albeit was planned to be at Raw, was said to be at home. Morgan called out IYO SKY wanting a title match. She demanded that SKY hand over the title despite SKY letting her know she has to earn a title shot.
