NXT Discussion Post: 06.28.22

For this week’s NXT 2.0 there are a few things on the schedule as we head towards The Great American Bash which takes place next week on July 5.

June 28 NXT 2.0 –

• Indi Hartwell vs. Kiana James
• Nikkita Lyons returns
• Kayden Carter/Katana Chance vs. Roxanne Perez/Cora Jade – Number One Contenders Match – winning team will face Toxic Attraction at GAB.

.@Indi_Hartwell was riding high last week until newcomer @kianajames_wwe stepped in with a few 'facts and figures' to bring Hartwell back down to Earth.

TONIGHT: Will the numbers add up in James’ favor or will Hartwell make the newcomer eat her words?

Roxanne Perez already holds a contract for a championship match from winning the Breakout Tournament. Could she hold onto that for future use if she wins the number one contender match tonight?

Currently, the NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose does not have a challenger for her title. Ivy Nile won a number one contender match at an NXT Live show over the weekend but it is unsure if this will carry over onto the television programming.
