At last night’s WWE live event in State College, Pennsylvania, Paige made her unofficial return to the WWE, running in to make the save after a Divas tag match.
In an angle that might be utilized at tomorrow night’s Payback, Paige saved Brie and Nikki Bella from a beatdown after they defeated Naomi and Tamina Snuka in a tag team match.
This was Paige’s first appearance since she took a leave of absence to film the WWE Studios movie Santa’s Little Helper with The Miz. She was written off television last month when Naomi turned heel and attacked her after a number one contendership Battle Royal.
