Charlotte Flair has been out of action from a serious knee injury for one whole year as of this month.
The last we heard was that Flair would be written in for plans leading up to WrestleMania 41. Then there was some rumblings she would be back by Royal Rumble. Well, now, it could be as early as this weekend according to a report by WrestleVotes.
They write,
“Sources indicate that Charlotte Flair’s return is imminent, with the possibility of it happening as soon as this weekend on NBC (Saturday Night’s Main Event). We are told creative was tasked earlier this week with structuring the presentation of her return.”
Further information includes that her presentation could be different than what we have known her for in the past.
Flair last wrestled as a SmackDown Superstar, however, with the last draft happening since she has been out of action, she was not included in a brand and can show up anywhere. Plus with the recent news of movements upon Raw’s move to Netflix, she could very well find herself on the red brand.
