The semi-finals of the first-ever Women’s Super Strong Style 16 Tournament for PROGRESS are set. Over the weekend, the quarter-final matches took place. The results were as follows –

- Super Strong Style 16 Women’s Tournament 2026 Quarter Final: Shotzi Blackheart defeats LA Taylor
- Super Strong Style 16 Women’s Tournament 2026 Quarter Final: Gisele Shaw defeats Skye Smitson
- Super Strong Style 16 Women’s Tournament 2026 Quarter Final: Kanji defeats Hollie Barlow
This makes the semi-finals –
- Kanji vs. Gisele Shaw
- Shotzi Blackheart vs. Rhio
These semi-finals matches take place on May 4. The winner of the finals will go on to challenge for the PROGRESS Women’s Title. That title is currently held by Alexxis Falcon. Rhio, Kanji, and Shaw are all former champions.
