Another week closer to WrestleMania and WWE is building towards two matches for that event from the ladies of the Raw brand.
Becky Lynch was not able to make it to Raw last week after an injury sustained at a live event last week. She did however show up as Raw ended and said she came looking for her WrestleMania opponent Bianca Belair. Lynch is only expected to be out a total of two weeks, so what will we see from them on their upcoming match tonight?
Last week, the new team of Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan defeated the Women’s Tag Team Champions after Carmella was clearly distracted by her fiance Corey Graves on commentary. This left Queen Zelina alone in the ring and after their defeat, Ripley and Morgan will now join Sasha Banks & Naomi from SmackDown in a Triple Threat for the titles at Mania.
On SmackDown, Natalya and Shayna Baszler threw their names out there to be added to the match as well, but it hasn’t happened just yet.
Dana Brooke retained her 24/7 Championship against Tamina last week. This was the first time a physical match between two women took place for the gold. What is next for these two Superstars who have built up a rivalry for many weeks.
As of the time of this writing, nothing has officially been advertised for the women tonight on Raw.
