There’s been a lot of chatter for the women of AEW to get tag team titles. So much so that, according to a recent report by Bodyslam.net, AEW has had them ready to go, but they haven’t been implemented. A source states that they have been sitting on the shelf for about a year.
Whether the belts are still in the plan to be used is unknown, but AEW has always had several teams in the women’s division that could benefit from having some gold to work towards.
