Former Queen of FCW and ECW ring announcer, Savannah inserted her into a title match at a house show in Waco, Texas this weekend. Check out the results below:
Mickie James defeated Michelle McCool with a Mick Kick to keep her womens title, Beth as a special ref attacked Mickie, Savannah the announcer pulled Beth out of the ring and then counted the 1-2-3 herself.
It may not be much, but I think this could be a possible twist in the McCool/James/Phoenix saga. Mickie is in desperate need of an ally and with ECW on it’s way out, Savannah could be the logical choice. Since McCool hasn’t had her televised title shot yet, this exact outcome could mirror itself on an episode of Smackdown in the coming weeks. What do you guys think?
