WWE Superstar Shotzi has made her return from injury on the Dec. 10 episode of NXT after 10 months.
Shotzi has been out of action with an ACL injury since February of this year when she injured herself in an NXT Women’s Title match against then-champion Lyra Valkyria.
Her return involved helping Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin to even the odds against Fatal Influence.
Paxley and Dolin had a tag team match against Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx. Prior to the match, Paxley and Dolin were walking to the ring from backstage talking about them being down in numbers. Paxley had a Shotzi doll signaling the return.
Thanks to some help from the NXT Women’s North American Champion Fallon Henley, Fatal Influence won the match with Jayne pinning Paxley. The 3-on-2 beatdown took place after the match leading to Shotzi’s return. Shotzi helped clear out the ring as she launched herself with a suicide dive taking out Fatal Influence on the outside.
