Tatum Paxley & Gigi Dolin are getting a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match this Tuesday on NXT. But who will be champions at that time?
Paxley and Dolin earned the title shot by winning a Fatal four-way match on the preshow of NXT’s Stand & Deliver on Saturday. This match was an elimination match which included the teams of, Meta-Girls, Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez, and Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne & Fallon Henley).
The elimination order started with Meta-Girls, who dominated the first part of the match. Cora & Roxanne would be eliminated next due to Roxanne up and leaving her partner. That’s right, even though Cora helped Roxanne get a match at Stand & Deliver, she got crumbs. The final two teams then battled it out to determine the number one contenders.
In the end, Paxley and Dolin hit Cemetery Drive to get the win.
The WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles will be on the line at WrestleMania 41 on Sunday’s show. The current champions are Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. They defeated Bianca Belair and Naomi in February. They are being challenged by Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. Whoever is champion after this weekend will be challenged by Paxley and Dolin.
