Tenille Dashwood returns on IMPACT and aims for Deonna Purrazzo

Tenille Dashwood made her return this week to IMPACT Wrestling. The one Knockout who has been missing in action for a number of months has returned and has one thing on her mind – the Knockouts Championship.

The last time we saw Dashwood was in a one-off match against Taya Valkyrie in April where she came out with a victory. Now, she is back and she has crashed the “Black Tie Affair.” Curated by Kimber Lee, the “Black Tie Affair” featured Deonna Purrazzo as she wanted to cheers for being the Knockouts Champion.

She gave herself a pat on the back for defeating Jordynne Grace for the title at Slammiversary. Then she commended herself for beating Grace again in the first-ever Knockout Ironman match at Emergence. She celebrates being the Virtuosa as the ringside is surrounded by her colleagues.

Her famous last words were that nothing and no one would ruin her night.

Jordynne Grace then made her way out.

Grace congratulates Purrazzo saying that she took her to her limits in both of their title matches. She says that the champion should enjoy her title reign – because it is not going to last. Grace says she is not backing down as Dashwood’s music hits.

Dashwood feels the gathering was all about her and she is happy that everyone has shown up for her return. She tells Purrazzo it is her title that she is coming for now that she is back. Dashwood says she isn’t Jordynne Grace, she is Tenille Dashwood and Purrazzo has never beaten her.

Grace chimes in and asks Dashwood how anyone could beat her when she never shows up to work. The two squabble at the top of the ramp before all of a sudden the members of Wrestle House appear in the ring.

Kylie Rae and Susie are seen in the ring. Purrazzo goes after Rae who dumps her out between the ropes. Lee goes after Rae, but Susie stops her. Rae delivers a superkick to Lee knocking her out of the ring.

Rae holds the Knockouts Championship in her hands as Purrazzo and Lee scream and stomp up the ramp. Rae did earn a number one contender spot at Slammiversary.
