Fresh off their tag team win over Charlotte and Dana Brooke at last night’s Battleground event, Sasha Banks and Bayley spoke to WWE.com to elaborate how their plan to team up came together.
Sasha says that she always knew that Bayley would be her partner, jokingly adding that Bayley was speed dial number one on her phone.
For her part, Bayley says it was an honor to team up with Sasha but assures that the favor was a one-time deal, as her focus remains on reclaiming the NXT Women’s Championship. The interview concludes with a bit of tease from Bayley, who goes on to say you never what’s going to happen in WWE.
