Winners & Losers: RAW 10/07/19

Hell in a Cell was met with mixed reactions from the fans for the women’s division. Some were unhappy with certain results, but that is to be expected. Tonight we had the fall out from Hell in a Cell with an advertised Last Woman Standing match. That match would be between Lacey Evans and Natalya.

We also saw the RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and the new SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair make their appearance on Miz TV. They would also have a “Champions Showcase” by facing the new tag champs – The Kabuki Warriors.

To see what transpired during RAW this week you can check that out in the latest installment of Live Coverage: RAW by clicking here.

Let’s get into the Winners & Losers on this week’s RAW:

WINNER: The Kabuki Warriors

What a huge win! Everything was finally for Asuka and Kairi for a change. From the promo in Japanese to every little heel technique the two exuded I was enjoying it. Although only time will tell if this will continue for them, but I am excited that they are already being used and in the right way.

Kairi getting the pin over Becky is huge. I doubt it will amount to anything between them, but as a result for the “champion showcase” the tag champs actually winning is great.

LOSER: Lacey Evans

Lacey should have gone over as the winner for this Last Woman Standing match. The match was so/so at best in my opinion. The number of times that Natalya had to get up at the count of nine was exhausting. For Lacey to have the offense the entire match to lose at the very end by going through a table wasn’t it. It did her no favors.

No appearance by either Sasha Banks or Bayley. There wasn’t any mention to the rumor that Banks is injured either so that remains to be confirmed.

For the amount of emphasis on the Lana return last week it was a little of a disappointment for what was displayed this week. I feel like I am expecting too much with this storyline.

It isn’t enough to really consider her a “loser” this week, but hopefully, there is more to this then her just getting into bed with Lashley. To be honest, at this point I was more interested when she may have stepped out on Rusev with Aiden English. My full feelings remain to be seen as this plays out.
