Ahead of tonight’s three-on-two match at Slammiversary, Brooke, Jade and Marti Bell have weighed in on the bout, each sure their victory will be theirs.
In a video promo with Jade, Marti calls into question Brooke and Awesome Kong‘s ability to work together. She claims that they’re not even friends, unlike The Dollhouse, who are friends forever. She also promises that she and Jade will make sure Taryn Terrell leaves Slammiversary on top.
However, when Marti recalls Jade’s recent loss to Brooke, the two start to argue, both blaming the loss on the other. They soon settle the argument and close the video by proclaiming that “playtime is over” for Brooke and Kong.
Brooke, meanwhile, sat down with Josh Mathews to preview the entire Slammiversary Pay-Per-View. On her own match, Brooke voiced confidence in her team despite being outnumbered, claiming that Kong is like “three women in one” and saying that she herself is just as athletic, mean and fearless. She says the match is more like “five-on-three” instead of two-on-three.
