Raw Diva, Gail Kim wrote a comment on Twitter denying that she’d be retiring anytime soon. I haven’t seen any reports about it online, but apparently she’s been getting questions via Twitter about online rumors speculating her retirement.
She wrote: “retiring?haha why would I do that?I can still go with the best and still look good :))))hehe can’t get rid of me that easily!Haters u wish!”
Perhaps also interestingly, Gail replied to a question about the Kong promo on Raw: “looks like my old friend is coming :) I’m ready 4 round 2. Anytime. Anywhere. We have some unfinished business….”
Thoughts: I haven’t seen any rumors about Gail retiring but if there are, this should dispell them. Gail is right — she still looks good for TV and if she can still handle the schedule, then why would she retire? Also, I think I speak for everyone when I say we want to see Gail vs Kong once again. Fingers crossed…
