Former WWE Women’s Champion Layla returned to the ring last night at a Florida Championship Wrestling live event.
The Diva has been sidelined since May 2011 with a torn ACL and torn MCL.
Layla teamed with Audrey Marie to defeat Sofia Cortez and Paige.
Usually, main roster talent will work with FCW when they are on the cusp of returning from injury. As Layla has now had her first live match back, her WWE television return shouldn’t be far behind.
