Lita Talks About Why She Really Left WWE, Dispels Rumors on Her Departure

Former WWE Women’s Champion Lita, real name Amy Dumas, has opened up about the reason she left WWE in a great new interview with Colt Cabana’s Art of Wrestling podcast.

Dumas dispels many rumors on the Internet about her departure, saying: “[It wasn't because of] being bitter because they made me a heel, which is a good rumor, or saying, ‘She didn’t like being called a whore’, or the Matt and Adam thing which happened years [before] at that point by the time I retired, or people saying [it was because of] my injuries – I hadn’t had injuries for a few years. It wasn’t my body, it wasn’t my head, it was like, alright, I feel like I’ve done everything there is to do right now.”

Commenting on why she decided to leave the WWE in November 2006, the four-time champion reveals: “It was time to renew my contract. They’d started doing negotiations, and I was like, ‘How about this. I’m going to figure out if I want to be here or not, because I’m not for my ego, going to negotiate this contract because we both know I’m not going to accept this’… They just throw at you, ‘Okay, we’d like to renew for the same [salary]‘.”

“Before I stroke my ego and try to see how high I can get my contract negotiation before I’m like, ‘Yeah, never, I don’t want to do that anyways’, let me just figure out if I want to do it and if I do, we can talk and figure out what works for both of us. But if I don’t [want to return], I don’t want to waste my time or your time over the business aspect of things.”

Dumas reveals that she felt she had done all there was to do in WWE at the time.

She says: “I kind of felt like, I did not get into wrestling for a paycheck. Because I felt I had gone as far as I could go as a woman in the business, it had become a paycheck. It’s fairly easy for me to go out there and do my thing and not really feel stimulated from it, which isn’t a horrible thing — you go in waves in any career, whether you’re feeling stimulated or not. But having felt like I’d done everything I could possibly do as a female in the business, and the schedule, and the career taking up so much of your time, that it wasn’t like, ‘I’ll still do this and collect a paycheck while still doing this’. There’s no ‘while doing anything’ other than doing your laundry or paying your bills.”

“If I want a next chapter, I need it to be without wrestling just for the sake of the fact that there are 24 hours in a day.”

Amy also talks about how she didn’t get into wrestling for the fame. She adds:

“It was cool but I looked at it more like an experience and a byproduct of doing what I loved, not, ‘This is so awesome that I’m famous’. I loved being in the wrestling ring for my job and seeing places I hadn’t seen, and okay, if you’re inspired by that, or you’re into, then great.”

    Love Lita

  • TheGamergirl22

I would love for Lita to come back (like a year contract like Lesner, or appearances every few months like Mick Foley) maybe be part of the creative or have a ladder match with Beth ( that would be epic) also have a match or tag team with AJ.

  • Poison_Ivory

We need more Divas like Lita – the kind that does this for the passion to wrestling, not because of the check, fame or the “Diva Lifestyle”. I know there are people like that already, but the roster should consist only of them.

  • TheGamergirl22

Yeah sometimes it’s good to leave when you feel you done everything, She already put Mickie James over in the process. But with the state of the division a Lita return would help.

  • redsandman99

If that’s the way she felt at the time, good for her to leave when she did. I would love to see for her to make some type of in ring return one day, even if it only was for a one time deal.

  • Jhonmarco

Well good for her for doing what she felt. As for a return, really wouldn’t care for one at all.

  • mscandy

COME BACK LITA!! We miss you! :) Wrestlemania dream match, her vs Beth.

  • StraightEdgeGirl84

I was a young teenager when she came into WWE and I was instantly a fan. She looked so different and did things I had never seen before. I definitely saw her as a role model and I still do. Having met her she couldn’t have been nicer to me.

  • StratusXtreme

Aw… Lita I miss you too!!!! Women’s division will never be the same since you and Trish left. I always watch back past matches with Lita, Trish and Stephanie.. just some epic moments that i’ve laughed, cheered, screamed and cried over :D

  • LadyGoDiva

I appreciate hearing about why Lita really left the WWE because it seemed like Lita was the one who was caring the womens division on her shoulders.
Now I wouldn’t mind seeing a return but I think its time that the WWE would try to build a new era in the Divas division just like what Lita,Trish and many others have done but their needs to be one moment where things can change for the better. As much as I try to be an optimistic person that womens wrestling in the WWE will get better it seems that they make it worse so I won’t stop trying til there is a change.

  • Nostalgia

The same way Sable once came back to put Torrie over, Lita can come back to help boost the entire division

  • WweLitafan4ever

    Oh I miss Lita!
She is right though, she did everything there is to do in the WWE.
4x champion, mainevented more than any other diva, valeted a guy to 2 WWE title reigns, was popular, successful, and influential. She did everything there is to do and had a great career.

  • norisclouds

This was an awesome interview and made her even more of icon/role model for me. Really inspiring and unique person.

  • art

She has my respect for performing just for the fact she loved wrestling & not the money/fame from it….

I’d love one last run in the company….i miss her alot..

  • TheRealSmoothG

    Huge fan of Amy..but there’s a place called Japan..She hasn’t quite done everything ;).

  • Choko

She is really changing her previous sayings now, and that is really pathetic by her. I can remember that she said that she left because of the whore things several times before and now that she is on good terms with wwe, she has changed up the whole thing.

  • Kessuki

i still to this day miss her and think she could have gone for several more years along with trish but its a good thing they left at the peak of their careers to also be remembered as leaving whilst they still had it – heck i still think they can put on 4/5 star match to this day. i too thought she left at the hatred from fans but glad she based her decision upon what was right for her and not money, the fans or pressure.

Its a pity wwe pushed mickie out after trish and lita put her over towards the end of their wwe careers. however i would love lita to return for a one final match at wrestlemania or summerslam. my dream lita matches would be lita vs kharma or lita vs michelle mccool (never gonna happen).

i think beths career best rivalry could be vs kharma.

  • wangzy

she said this in her final interview after her final match that she thinks she has done what she supposed to do and something like that!!!

It would be a dream come true just to see her one more time, one more match :D

    I really miss Lita

  • The K@rmic HeeL

Jhon Marco, if you made it your goal for people on here to just brush off what you say, congrats, you’ve managed it. Well done. Your comments of trying to get Lita fans riled up are usual at this point…sigh, that’s a little of what your leaving behind, so again, congratulations to you. Anyway….

Lita is a class act and I have no doubt, that we will see her in a WWE ring again as soon as this year. She will have her happy ending in the ring, if not for her personally, at least for her multitudes of fans that have stood by her since the start of her WWE career, Lita is a classy human being, if only more of the divas had her attitude towards work.

  • Ryan

Bro no matter what I love Lita always have always will i said FUCK Matt Hardy during 2005 and stood by Lita proudly became an Edgehead..hell he is better than Hardy! Call me a mark JonMarco but i dont care. Im a man who knows what he likes and stand by it. I dont dig barbies or fashion or none of that BS (9no offense to those who do just not my thing) Im more of an action kind of guy. I could care less about “Charisma” “personality” “mic skills” Lita was the best along with Trish Stratus bro theres not a damn thing you can do about that to deny them how awesome hardcore brave and tough these women are compared to what these girls of today are…little girls just cant match up to WOMEN!
So say what u will my dude but Lita rocks and this is why WWE doesnt care about its divas cause half of em are little girls and nothing more..pretending to portray something they obviuosly arent and its transparent hence why us guys or a percentage dont respect em nor care for most of the divas

    they straight up suck bro

  • vincent

    Lmao…keep it class jhonmarco. Idiot.

Anyways…I feel as though Amy was speaking as Lita when she was first talking about leaving due to the treatment she got from fans. I mean, she put up with it for two years, in and out of the ring…getting past the worst of it when the “scandal” first broke. You have to give her the benefit of the doubt…the woman broke her neck. You think being a called a whore would lead her to retire? Doubt it…and I will most certainly take what she is saying now as her REAL reasons for leaving. It makes sense. What she’s saying is true. I mean Trish did the same thing, at the same time…so why question Amy?

Secondly, as a fan, I disagree with Amy when she says she did everything she possibly could of done in the WWE. I feel like she never had a REAL Wrestlemania moment. Even though she competed in a match once on the grand stage, it wasn’t much of a “moment” for her. She lost, and it wasn’t that spectacular of a match. Although her appearance in the TLC match was pretty groundbreaking, I feel as though she deserved something better.

Without say, she now deserves a better send of than what she was given. Nothing more needs to be said about that.

Man, it’d be so awesome to have a Lita article that didn’t have an arguement in the comments….

  • Xavier Lee

Thumbs up if you’d like to see Lita vs Beth, Eve, or Natalya like The Rock vs. John Cena. Couple matches here and there…promo’s, and a match at Wrestle Mania for the Divas Championship, which would be the first one ever!!! :D

  • vincent

Lmao!!! You crack me up johnmarco…you mam, are hilarious.

  • Taylor

I enjoyed listening to this interview. She nonchalantly answers all questions, and I found myself smiling throughout the entire interview.

  • adifferentsame

I have always admired Amy Dumas, and I can’t deny that at a time when my wrestling knowledge was basic, I fell for her highflying charms when she debuted. Yes, she was sloppy. Yes, she regressed with injury. But during an era where hair bales were the highlight of women’s matches, she was so drastically different to watch. As for this interview, if retrospect has killed any bitterness she had over her horrible send off then great, but here I felt she was diplomatic to the point of tangents.

  • josh101

Dear Lita fans, Can someone not have an opinion?

  • Mikas

In the ring Lita was often sloppy and definately overrated. However, at the same time she had a unique character and knew how to entertain the fans. A lot of people were inspired by her and if you ask the current crop of womens wrestlers in the indies you will notice that many started wrestling thanks to Lita, Trish and Molly. Those 3 names always seem to come back. So that should be a good sign how important she has been to womens wrestling. So yes, she was sloppy and overrated, but so was Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Honky Tonk Man and many others, yet they are all considered legends nowadays. The same applies to Lita.

  • Ryan

Hey like i mentioned earlier Lita wasnt perfect however she had courage and balls like no other
Her Bra n Panties match vs Trish Stratus was physical and aggressive as hell! She could also get it on and get her ass kicked by guys
Then again most women from the attitude had to at some point including Terri Kitty Stacy n Torrie as well. They had ultimate sex appeal and could get down in the ring

Love my attitude and love the few of my current day and age

    Lita Sable Chyna Trsh..LEGENDS bro!

  • Jhonmarco

First off, was I even talking to you? Didn’t think so.

Second, why? Because I’m whining about Lita? That’s a discusting attitude, shouldn’t be shocked you’re known for being a sexist pig.

  • redsandman99

Does there have to be an argument every time all the Lita related posts? Seriously people, grow up a little. Accept that some people don’t like her and accept that some people do. Personally I love her but I can admit that she didn’t always have the best of ring work (I personally thought she got a little better after her neck surgery but that’s ME–my opinion). There’s no denying though that she had a charisma that drew the majority of fans to her. I think it was like what the Hardy Boyz had back in the day. It didn’t matter if they weren’t the best wrestlers, it didn’t matter if they weren’t the best talkers–the fans were just naturally drawn to them and wanted to root for them.

  • lbthewrestlingnerd

She is horrible in the ring and we don’t need women like her

  • lbthewrestlingnerd

God damn, lay off Jhonmarco. He’s a cool guy (most of the time :P).

  • vincent

Funny thing, it wasn’t a mistake. Clearly his or it’s name is john…I chose to refer to it as a mam because of it’s catty behavior. The fact that it uses that against me as if it or everyone else reading didn’t know what I meant, is pathetic…but hilarious.

  • Jhonmarco

It’s Jhonmarco not john. So automatically women are catty? Oh that’s fair to say. So I can’t critique someone without being called a woman? So I guess everyone better be called a woman because everyone on this damn site has done the same. It’s pathetic? No, hun that’s you. You proved that by responding to my post when it wasn’t even negative. I knew you were stalker, but damn realxe.

  • JJ

I always loved Lita!! After reading this interview it makes me think that she might actually come back for at least one more match and I would love for that to happen! When she became popular she was unique in the sense that we fans hadn’t seen a woman do in the ring what she could do. Yea Lita was not the absolute greatest as far as technical ability but she certainly made up for it in other ways IMO. I have always felt that WWE did her wrong in the end and would love for them to give her one last match where she truly came out on top and ended her career on a good note instead of a bad one!

  • MELshocked

How can you not respect Lita after reading this? She did what she signed up to do and when she felt that there was nothing left for her to do, she left. You gotta respect that, not just about her, but about anyone willing to do that. Based off the fact that most would stick around just for the paycheck, it takes a lot of guts to do that.

I didn’t like the way they sent her packing (which was so humiliating), but what she did for the company, in terms of performance and popularity, completely over-shadows that.

I know I am excited to see Lita on April 28th though, where she’ll be the special guest referee for Melina vs. Winter for the FWE Women’s Championship. So excited, a dream match and adding Lita into the mix just makes it much more awesome.

  • sugarrush28

I should know by now that when there is a Lita, Trish Stratus or Michelle McCool article this will be heated. I’m not even going to get into all that. I will say it’s always nice hearing from Lita seeing as she was my fave WWE and the reason I even started watching wrestling again as whole. For me I’ve never seen a woman do what she did in the ring at the time so I was instanted connected to her. Do I think she was the best wrestler? No. Was she sloppy as hell? Yes. For me personally I love the high flying style so I saw it as just part of the high risk style she wrestled. So in closing I would love to see her return to the ring one day. I’m just alittle salty she didn’t return with Trish so I could have gotten my Trish/Lita vs LayCool match.

  • TheGamergirl22

yeah Vince should look for wrestlers not Stacy Keiblers or Trish Stratuses (it worked once doesn’t mean it’s going to work for every model)

I’m sure there are people who are both hot and can wrestler Vince needs to give a damn and look for them

  • Jake

Let’s be real here. The entire roster is there for money and fame.

  • LadyGoDiva

I feel like WWE doesn’t know the realness to womens wrestling anymore. I doubt that the whole roster is there for the money or the fame but some of them could be there to show their passion to the business. Despite how little respect the Divas are getting now but I know that some are there for the passion of the business.

  • Marshy

WWE needs someone that would seek out talents and not just look at the catalog like The GM of both Raw and Smackdown did before he got a new position and to tell someone like Sexy Star that she is not good nor pretty enough to be on WWE Roster or Faby Apache has the look of a WWE Diva, cause there are plenty of women who are waiting in the wings and they are also itching and scratching just waiting to be discovered just like an aspiring actor or actress waiting for a producer to knowledge their talents.

  • norisclouds

It was a great interview and made me shake my head when I realized how much we as fans don’t know and just argue about constantly.

I feel so silly now, but I’m glad that I’ve always been a fan and that she’s happy and had a fantastic career.

  • Poison_Ivory

Vince has some sick thing about creating wrestlers out of models.

  • perceval

“yeah Vince should look for wrestlers not Stacy Keiblers or Trish Stratuses (it worked once doesn’t mean it’s going to work for every model)”

It worked twice, actually. Why does everybody forget Victoria?

But, there’s a huge difference between fitness models (Chyna, Trish, Victoria), and swimsuit/lingerie/figure models (Maryse, Kelly, etc.). People keep making the mistake of thinking they’re one and the same.

  • norisclouds

It’s interesting that she said management kept telling her “Hey don’t get a big head and leave” it didn’t occur to them that if they just recruited more women who were like her and loved wrestling for wrestling they wouldn’t have that problem…

I do think it’s true what a head writer said, that Vince doesn’t care about the women because he doesn’t see a Trish or a Lita yet and doesn’t think that the division is worth caring about. This interview cemented what a unique person she was and I can see why there may be that attitude backstage even if I don’t agree with it. She did take the wrestling world by storm in just her rookie year without the support of writers etc… because that came later–but they can’t expect every woman to do that, it isn’t fair.

  • Poison_Ivory

@Norisclouds I agree, it’s really sad to notice how they’re not even trying to create something that will never happen again. There will never be another Trish, or another Lita. A lot of the ladies have potential, they just need trust and time to show what they’ve got. Unfortunately that’s not happening. Hopefully it’ll change when Kharma comes back or when Layla returns to her rumored mega-push.

  • Poison_Ivory

Lita deserves a true retirement match. A one that she actually would actually win -___-

  • Poison_Ivory

And by true I mean a deserved one, not just a match to put new talent over.

  • WweLitafan4ever

    Same here.
Everytime I see it I feel bad for her;I really do. And its even worse since she is my favorite. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and it hurts my heart to watch Lita being like that. Yelling in the ring saying I demand respect, this is not respect…its just ughh what a total slap in the face to her.
What makes it worse is she asked vince and creative several times to drop the segment, and they didn’t.
It was just so rude and disrespectful..the commentary, creative, and the fans. Calling her a crackwhore, flipping her off,and chanting she’s got herpes…totally rude.

  • WweLitafan4ever

Yup..a match where she leaves with some respect and dignity…not being humiliated w/a ho sale by a jobber tag team. That was terrible to watch and she didn’t want to go along with the segment.

I always thought that one of the reasons why Lita retired was because of the fans..

Anyways this was a great interview and I wish it was longer…
I love Lita and she is really funny….she curses a lot though lol

  • Poison_Ivory

I get so mad everytime I think about the ho sale. Ugh, that was just a slap in the face.

  • No Holds Barred

are you serious?? Yeah, work over 300 days a year, get slammed and beaten up, possibility of injury, backstage politics, dealing with ungrateful and asshole fans.

What an easy way to get money…

  • norisclouds

Yea, but at least now we know that isn’t the reason why she left. I guess that goes to show that backstage “reports” are not always accurate. It makes me feel a lot better to know that she made her decision based on her career choices. What a relief after all these years.

  • WweLitafan4ever

    I know same here.
I always thought that one of the reasons why she retired was because of the fans…atleast now we know exactly why she left.

  • norisclouds

@WWELITAFAN4EVER lol it’s kind of funny because I imagine both of us so troubled by this for years ;_; I used to get so upset. So relieved and happy for her now. Ha, if only Lita knew how much this troubled her fans.

  • litafan2000

She never said that!! So what are you talking about? She has been on good terms with wwe for years.

  • Choko

err.. she actually said that in that myspace post or an interview she posted a while back where she said that the whore allegations got too much for her when people started yelling whore at her when she was walking her dog and stuff.

  • Jhonmarco

Her first interview after leaving WWE, she said it was due to how she was treated.

  • WweLitafan4ever

I knew that one of the reasons why she retired was to focus on her band/other stuff in her life..but she also said how whenever she walked the dog there were fans harassing her/yelling you screwed matt, and calling her names. She said how she got sick of the fan abuse and to get rid of it it would be better to retire all together.

So the band is one reason, and the fans played a role too.
But in this interview she said it was to focus on other things???hmmm….ok then.

  • norisclouds

While this is true, you can’t assume that she changed her story because of WWE. They were on good terms since her retirement. She was backstage nearly every time they came through her hometown, and was always spoken of fondly by the higher ups.

  • Crazy_J

So who cares if she’s saying different reasons? I’m sure she has several! She has lived life outside of the WWE for a while now so I’m sure differences that she had within herself have changed, big deal.. that doesn’t make her fake or a liar or whatever your point was. I’m sure she had some issues when she left and they were on her mind at the time. People can change their mind/opinion about things, it’s not some kind of law. Otherwise everyone is pathetic.

  • Jhonmarco

Makes her look like a liar. She seemed cool to play the victim, but now it’s different? Oh….

  • redsandman99

Maybe she didn’t want to bring it up again? I’m sure if she repeated that resoning people would just jump down her throat over it.

  • norisclouds

Oh no! She changed her story about retirement!

It’s not like she said she was leaving to go start a charity for poor kids and then ran off with the money or something. It’s her professional/personal life, she’s entitled to say what she wants at any time.

You just look for reasons to deride Lita.

  • Jhonmarco

Look at my original comment on this post, did I deride her there? No, shocker you come to defend Lita. Are you Lita’s assitant? Like really you don’t need to respond to every negative thing involving Lita. It makes you seem insecure in your liking of Lita. You’re so ridiculous.

  • MomoMufFinSsFTW

I respectfully disagree. i think changing your mind on why you retired happens in a certain amount of time. At first she might have left because of the rude hate comments or w/e. but overtime i think she realized thats not completely why she left. it doesn’t make you a liar to change your mind on why you left on a past career. it just shows that the more you observe on how you leave the more you grow and realise..No i didn’t leave because of other people.I Think She just realized it was on my own terms.Like its silly for me to leave a good paying job.i probally just thought..hey i did enough in this buisness..i’m tired and i want to move on.

  • Jhonmarco

Now there’s a nice reply!^ Agree to disagree though.

  • MomoMufFinSsFTW

    xD <33 Mhm! :P

  • norisclouds

@JHONMARCO I’m not going to kiss your ass and pretend I can’t see through what you’re doing just because you phrase things differently. You’re just trying to find reasons to nitpick.

    It’s her retirement. Who cares?

She’s not entitled to change her mind because if she does she must be a liar?

That’s such a crazy leap in logic.

  • Jhonmarco

LOL what? I said I posted a neutral comment on here. Nitpicking? I didn’t even start this whole “she’s changing her story” yet you single me out. Shocker. What’s crazy is your blind love for Lita making you jump on anyone who doesn’t praise the ground she walks on. Pretty crazy.

  • norisclouds

You notice I left a polite response for someone else who said something similar. I wonder why I was more aggressive with you. Probably because you write stupid things like “makes her sound like a liar.”

Do you call Trish a liar every time a post about her comes up too?

I remember she said she left because she wanted to have babies. It’s been six years. Are you going to start harassing her about not having babies yet and calling her a liar? Your hatred is transparent. You got bombed on in the last thread for acting like a pre-teen drama queen and this time you made criticisms (which is fine-I ignored your earlier post because hey, everyone has a right to an opinion) until you followed it up with some ridiculous “She’s a liar” spiel.

Give me a break. Let me know when you send Trish that email. Let her know she better start popping out babies chop chop before you call her out on changing her game plan!

Better call up Victoria too. Returning to wrestling? Man, these deceitful witches!

  • Jhonmarco

And they called her pathetic. What’s the difference?

This is the first I’ve even called her a liar, what the hell are you going on about? She said she left due to accomplishing everything and wanting to try new things as well as starting a family. She’s done most of what she said she wanted to do. Hatred? Sorry you can’t handle opinions. I got bombed? Think again, I handled all you Lita marks pretty well. I still don’t think you understand why I left a bashing post last tim. I left it to see your reaction because you are a joke. You jump on anyone for having a different opinion on Lita. You’re a joke.

Sending an e-mail? Where the hell did you pull that out of? I suggest you seek help.

Nice attempt at being funny though. I didn’t realize idiots like you had a sense of humor, then again you do think Lita was a good wrestler & that is a joke in itself.

  • vincent

    lmao…who would of thought?

  • no rain

@ JHONMARCO: i was going reply earlier but i tought it was unecesary..
im going to do it anyway lol

we all know that you dont like lita, and it was so cute how you didn’t bash her on here xd, now come over here and give me a hug lol

@VICENT: ohh c’mon he is being respectful so why bother him?

(sorry if my english was really bad :P)

  • Jhonmarco

I respected her just don’t care for her wrestling.

  • Megumi

Do you mind? He didn’t even say anything negative about her this time. Go crazy and wild over him at the other post all you want, but on other posts where he made no low-blows or any shots what-so-ever you could be a little mature and refrain. Comments where he takes a shot about her wrestling or her career is the time and the place to defend the woman you look up to. Until then, stop with these childish games and leave it be.

  • perceval

The best time to leave is at the top of your game, and after you’ve done everything you can accomplish. Lita managed her money well, so she could do that. Does anybody think Flair would still be doing this if he wasn’t broke?

  • Jhonmarco

What I’m leaving behind? Um okay? Did I even bash her in this post? NO. You Lita fans need to get it together and learn how to sink in negativity. You think I care what I leave behind? This site is bland these days and so are the members (mostly). Whatever.

  • Jhonmarco

I only call people out when they act like Lita was great.

They suck? They don’t compare to Trish/Lita? How would we know? They’re never given chances. Kelly back on ECW was willing to take any bumps. Eve has shown she can be amazing as a heel. Beth, Nattie, AJ, & Naomi kick ass in the ring. Maxine is a great mic worker. You don’t care about mic skills? That’s what Trish was most known for. It’s pretty silly to say they don’t compare, all of the women in this generation can outdo the golden era.

  • Ryan

NXT 3 girls rock Eve Natalya Beth got it going the rest fall short man…And no I dont care about Mic Work..Trish was awesome on the mic no doubt and no Mic not my concern at all..

And how about that. Kelly. Yeah she took a kendo stick blow once. She had years to get tougher. Shes comfortable where she is at. Its cool hey shes making money and doesnt have to be great

Meanwhile Candice Michelle Eve Michelle McCool took it upon themselves to be better and their real passion shows man. Cant deny that either. Kelly Maryse and a whole lot of em dont really care about it

  • Jhonmarco

How do you know they suck? They’re never given enough time. That’s just called being unfair to the current women.

  • Ryan

Wow after I jerked off?? Did u just say that? Hey Johnmarco..u just lost what little credibility you had as a man….smh

    Good night.

  • Jhonmarco

    Because I care?

  • Ryan

DUDE! They have been given many opportunities where their 2 mins matches become 7 min matches and its the weakest match you could ever see..its like these broads DESERVE to be locked down in 2 mins its pathetic. When given the time they dont step up. And you cant say in 2 mins they cant do much work. I seen girls like Jillian Mickie Melina and Maria Candice all in 2007 2008 stuck in the same BS of 2 mins yet they managed to pull a sick little 2-3 minute match.

  • Jhonmarco

That’s a lie. Whenever they’re given time people praise them. They’ve evn said why doesn’t WWE give them more time? And have you seen their matches now? SDR couldn’t even have a good 30 second match. Maryse doesn’t need to be a good wrestler, her character is amazing. Are we talking about good wrestlers here? Oh, then Stacy, Torrie, & Lita don’t cut it as well. Just saying’. People like to think being in that era automatically made you amazing. TBH I never even heard Kelly being sent to OVW/FCW. It sounds like she was on the road 24/7. Maria? Love her, but wrestling, she sucked at it. Mickie was bland as shit in 2008. Jillian was sloppy at times. Those girls were not amazing by any means. STOP.

  • Ryan

Compared to Jazz Victoria Molly Trish Lita? Yeah none of these can handle what they went through. hey man Torrie Stacey werent good? U gotta be kidding me…come on now. Diva shit looks choreographed now adays oh and they have to smile. Mickie James rocks fuck Jillian bitch became useless and Maryse cant wrestle for shit but apperantly a hairflip does it for u..hey power to you if THATS what gets u going wrestling wise then WW-WEAK is for u my dude

  • Jhonmarco

And you know that how? Oh you don’t. You thought they were good? Was that before or after you jerked off? Mickie rocks? Um, sure. Maryse has charisma. One of the best diva personalities since 2006. Don’t believe me? Listen to the crowd react to her, they loved her. LOL ww-weak? You’re so clever, aren’t you? Haha wack as fuck.

  • Jhonmarco

Bitch I’ll write what I want. DD can ban me, I don’t give a fuck. And please honey what do you know about class?

  • Jhonmarco

    *keep it classy

    Dumb fuck.

  • vincent

Yo, on the real…if you’re going to continue to “insult” me, please use different curse words. I’m a grown ass man…not one of your little girlfriends. So the “bitch please,” the “silly hoes” and just “bitch” on it’s own…yea it just makes laugh. Not that you’re not a complete joke already :)

  • WweLitafan4ever

Finally someone else noticed.Everytime there is something that involves Lita, there has to be a big debate/arguement about it.

    its really annoying.

  • perceval

“it’d be so awesome to have a Lita article that didn’t have an arguement in the comments….”

If you notice, it’s a single troll that’s always causing the problems.

  • Jhonmarco

On the real? Who the fuck says that?

I’ve said it already, I don’t care what you think. I’ll make my comment, just keep your silly self shut. You’re as bland as every other thing on this site. You’re first post was a joke! I know your work? I’ve been following your comments for a while? Creepy as hell and a stalker. Ew, go away.

  • Jhonmarco

First, I’m not a woman & it’s Jhonmarco. Mental retartdation folks.

  • no rain

  • Ryan

You act liek a female bub ;)
    common mistake

  • norisclouds

I think he’s referring more to your catty obsession with the other divas.

Like it or not, it is a female trait because women are often socialized that way, and your compulsive need to cling to them comes off as female–but now that we know your male it just comes off as odd and creepy.

  • elsimate

    Joshi is pretty much dead/

  • Jhonmarco

    Congrats bro?

LMAOOOOOO Chyna? Girl was a mess. Kinda like Lita…

  • norisclouds

I actually wish DD had better modding (but that requires too more people-power) or a system where you could block users. I don’t care if people say negative things and start fights when I don’t have to see it. It’s just you think it will stop but someone just tones it down and disguises it as something else. Obvious baiting is obvious.

  • norisclouds

  • Jhonmarco

That goes against their way of life. If you don’t kiss the woman’s ass you’re a hater or creepy.

Notcie I didn’t even critize her here, other than the fact that it’s odd she’s changing her story here.

  • Jhonmarco

That’s total sexism. So a guy can’t complain about a worker who’s a woman being sloppy won’t being looked at as odd & creepy. And if I’m creppy, I wonder what they consider you norisclouds?

  • norisclouds

@JHONMARCO I find it more amusing you can’t see how your acting like a guy that gets into high school fights in the workplace with your latest gossip magazine blog.

I’d criticize a female for behaving this way too–but you act like your 15 years old on every thread. And yea, you’re catty. Male or female, you’re catty.

Recognizing that you fit in the opposite gendered social norm isn’t sexism. It’s just an observation of your unusual catty behavior.

  • Jhonmarco

And you’re not? Excuse me, you jump on anyone for any little critisim of Lita, insecure I see. Practice what you preach. Let’s not forget hoe you jumped on Teri’s back for discussing rumors of Lita’s DUi & also typing in all caps. You can take a seat & practice what you preach hypocrite.

  • Jhonmarco

I wish I could block your comments.

  • norisclouds

What a coincidence? Same way I feel about you with your transparent posts.

  • Jhonmarco

I have an idea, wait for it. How about you just avoid my comments?! *gasp I know such a foreign concept, right?

  • Jhonmarco

Same to you, there are just sides to you I don’t care for.

  • norisclouds

    Here’s the thing.

You know who else changed their story?

    Trish Stratus.

She said she was leaving to get married and have children. It’s been 6 years now. Where’s your post about Trish Stratus sounding like a liar?

That was why I was rolling my eyes at you and calling you catty.

  • TheRealSmoothG

Joshi is definitely not dead nor near it. There’s quite a few Joshi promotions running and Tajiri will have Joshi in the new promotion he’s creating to replace SMASH.

Joshi is alive and well and still producing great talent. Almost every female wrestler I’ve spoke to have it as a goal to wrestle in Japan against the Joshi one day during their career. Very much respected and appreciated.

  • cutymania

its not what its used to be.

Besides Lita in Japan? wrestling? she wouldn’t be any better than the teen rookies atm lol she is so below that level its not even funny.

And she said she had done everything in WWE.

  • Jhonmarco

Actually she didn’t. She said she had done it all & wanted to move on & start a family. Seems like she just needs to work on that child. Nice try though. Not cattyness & if so half this site should be accused of being catty towards K2. Oh they’re not? How hilarious.

  • The K@rmic HeeL

I feel the same way. Lita has that charm about her, no diva has ever really showed since. She was awesome, haters are gonna hate as the saying goes. ;)

  • The K@rmic HeeL

I heard about that, Melina and Lita and Winter in the same ring! Hell yea! Three of my all time favorites.

I hope a video pops up online, and I want to see Melina and Lita go at it!

  • Jhonmarco

Or maybe Lita marks getting insecure?

Notice I didn’t even make a so called hateful comment here, but I’m a troll. Go figure.
