Former TNA Knockout Cast in Horror Movie

Hot on the heels of Angelina Love and Velvet Sky landing superhero roles, their former colleague Rosita has been cast in a film of her own.

Rosita–real name Thea Trinidad–will play a character named Lawson in Tom DeNucci’s “Army of the Damned”.

According to the movie’s IMDB profile, the movie’s plot will be based around the filming of a reality TV show that “goes horribly wrong when a group of small town cops respond to a call that brings a whole new meaning to the phrase, domestic disturbance.”

Woodhaven Films, the film’s production company, noted on their Twitter account that Rosita’s character will be a gunfighter.

Army of the Damned, which also features former WWE Superstar Tommy Dreamer and ‘N Sync member Joey Fatone, is scheduled for a 2013 release.

She was quoting Drake. And this movie has been in the works since last year. Velvet and Angelina’s movie is probably some straight to Netflix low budget shit

Don’t be hatin, and yes indeed it is hating, it’s just because it involves Velvet that you say it’s “low budget shit”.

Theres also reports that Thea is going back to CMLL to do some more training over there. Due to her status at the time with TNA and CMLL’s rival promoton, AAA, she couldnt sign the contract that was offered to her. Now that she isn’t with either, it seems she may have taken them up on their offer.
