Last night’s Raw saw Paige‘s Divas Title reign come to an end in a manner eerily similar to the way she had won it: AJ Lee, returning to the WWE, wrestled the champion in an impromptu match and shocked everyone by pulling out the victory, becoming a two-time Divas Champion.
On Raw Fallout, Eden attempted to catch up with both Divas afterwards. Paige, clearly upset, simply rushed past Eden without answering any questions.
AJ, meanwhile, was more than happy to discuss the match. She told Eden that when she wants something, she takes it. She did admit, though, that she wasn’t expecting to get a Divas Title shot right then and there.
The new champ summed up her emotions in saying, “Mama is reunited with baby.”
