Brie Bella and her husband Daniel Bryan managed to thwart a robbery attempt last night at their home in Phoenix, Arizona.
According to TMZ, Brie and Daniel encountered two thieves leaving their home just as they were arriving. Upon being seen, the men dropped the loot and ran. Daniel managed to chase down and subdue one of the men with a rear naked choke until police arrived.
Brie, meanwhile, recovered the items the men were attempting to steal. Among the items was a bracelet belonging to Daniel’s late father.
Brie and Daniel addressed the incident in a press conference earlier today. In it, Daniel admitted that he sprang into action out of concern for the well-being of their dog, Josie.
