After suffering a concussion during a six woman tag team match on Monday Night Raw two weeks ago, speculation was growing as to whether Liv Morgan would be able to compete at this weekend’s (October 6th) Super Show-Down event in Melbourne, Australia. The Riott Squad will take on the team of Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins in a six woman tag team match.
In an interview with The Mirror, Liv Morgan confirmed that she has been cleared for in-ring competition by WWE doctors:
“I’m 100% cleared by the WWE doctors. They took great care of me. They have a very extensive concussion protocol, which we followed 100% and luckily I am feeling fantastic and we are ready to win. “
Fellow Riott Squad member Ruby Riott also added the following ahead of their big match-up:
“We’re going to get a little retribution, we’re going to teach them a lesson and teach them whose locker room this is.”
