4. Sensational Sherri & Randy Savage vs. Sapphire & Dusty Rhodes (1990)
WrestleMania VI saw “Macho Man” Randy Savage team with Sensational Sherri to take on Dusty Rhodes and Sapphire. In the WWE, Sapphire was primarily a manager, but she had competed in the indy circuit, so she wasn’t a complete stranger to in-ring competition. With some help from Savage’s former love Miss Elizabeth, Sapphire and Rhodes got the win, providing fans with that WrestleMania-worthy happy ending.
