LuFisto vs. Ivelisse Velez (SHINE 7)
The Super Hardcore Anime made her SHINE debut at SHINE 7 against the newly-formed Valkyrie’s wildcard Ivelisse, with expectations high that these two could pull off an instant classic. What followed was a sixteen-minute wrestling clinic that had the audience on the edge of their seats from the opening bell to the finish, which saw Ivelisse get the pinfall on the Canadian veteran following interference from Valkyrie teammates Made in Sin. An incredible match between two immensely skilled athletes, it more than exceeded its lofty expectations, and propelled Ivelisse into the limelight as one of SHINE’s top breakout stars.
