Unfortunately for Lita, all her dirty laundry was aired in a high profile storyline that highlighted her breakup with Matt Hardy and subsequent relationship with Edge. Internet rumors added fuel to the fire, and Lita’s reputation was dragged through the mud both on screen and off screen. You’ve got to give her credit, though: she embraced her devious new character and played the role perfectly.
