NXT is set for its third annual women’s WarGames match that will be taking place tonight.
The match that involves two rings surrounded by the steel structure will have the traditional four-on-four competitors. All three members and champions of Toxic Attraction join Dakota Kai as they face Kay Lee Ray, Io Shirai, Cora Jade, and Raquel Gonzalez. The team with Kay Lee Ray has the advantage for the match as she won the ladder match last week to earn this by defeating Dakota Kai.
At last year’s WarGames match, Gonzalez picked up the big win for her team when she pinned then-NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai. Now the two are on the same team.
This will also be the last show for Beth Phoenix on commentary as she states she is taking a step back to take care of her family.
