Tonight’s RAW was taped after last week’s RAW and will not be live this week. As a result of that the results and spoilers of that event have made their way around. It has been previously reported that Chelsea Green will be making her debut on RAW as she takes on Charlotte Flair. As usual during their three hour show, this is the only women’s match that took place.
There was however a segment that involved RAW Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch, and one half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Asuka. After the brutal TLC match that witnessed the Kabuki Warriors defeating Lynch & Flair, the RAW Women’s Champion has a point to prove in wanting to take down Asuka.
As a follow up to her promo last week, Lynch challenges Asuka to a match one-on-one for a later date. Asuka makes her way out and agrees on the match. At this time the match has not been determined when it will happen. Most likely it will take place at the Royal Rumble event that is scheduled for Jan. 26.
This is a chance for Asuka to start off 2020 by having two championships around her waist. What are your thoughts? Do you think Becky will drop the title to Asuka or do you think she will finally best the Empress of Tomorrow?
