Taya Valkyrie has kept the Knockouts Title safely around her waist since the beginning of the year. Since dethroning Tessa Blanchard, several Knockouts have tried to take Valkyrie’s title but none have been able to succeed. Havok is set to have another crack at it since returning to the company in June. The match is set between these two for this Friday live on IMPACT! Plus at Unbreakable.
Recently Havok won a three-way match against both the champion and Madison Rayne. She pinned Rayne for the winning after hitting a Tombstone Piledriver. Valkyrie wasn’t involved in the pinfall as she retreated from the ring and headed up the ramp to escape from the match.
Havok was involved in the four-way Monster’s Ball Match that took place at Slammiversary earlier in the month for the Knockouts Title. Valkyrie was able to beat the odds and walk away still as champ.
