Tonight’s RAW is the last show for the red brand before WrestleMania Backlash this coming Sunday. At that event, there will be a Triple Threat Match for the RAW Women’s Title. The champion, Rhea Ripley, will defend against Asuka and Charlotte Flair. Ripley defeated Asuka in a one-on-one match at WrestleMania last month.
Tonight, Asuka and Flair will be on opposite sides of the ring as they will be part of a six-woman tag team match. Asuka teams with Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke as the face Flair and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.
Last week, Naomi & Lana lost a tag team title match against Jax & Baszler thanks to Reginald getting involved as always. Naomi became livid on a WWE Network Exclusive afterwards saying that she and Lana can no longer play nice. They either need to start cheating to win or get a third to help.
Also last week, Eva Marie announced her return to WWE. A vignette was shown for her preparing for the Eva-lution that’s to come. The date of her on-screen return has not been announced.
Alexa Bliss has had numerous Playground segments since WrestleMania where she has introduced Lilly. She has been recently saying how Lilly is getting tired of just staying in the playground and has alluded to Alexa may be making her way into the ring more.
