This was a bit of a cluster; Candice was re-injured and had to be replaced with Ashley. Melina and Beth were aligned with Santino Marella, who got hands out on him by both Jerry Lawler and Snoop Dogg. Then throw in about 12 lumberjacks. That being said, this match was so much better than could have been expected. While not skilled wrestlers, Maria and Ashley had the benefit of working with two of the best that WWE had to offer on the women’s side, period…Beth Phoenix and Melina. It was a bit slow in some parts, but the action was solid. Big ups to Maria, who notably stepped her game up in this match.
