TNA filed a lawsuit against WWE in Nashville yesterday, it’s reported. Nashville City Paper reports that an injunction was filed yesterday alleging that a former TNA employee, Brian Wittenstein, who went on to work for WWE earlier this year, supplied the company with “confidential information and trade secrets”.
