30 Influential LGBTQ Wrestlers, June 10: Kidd Bandit

It is June, and that means the LGBTQ community gets to celebrate extra hard about being ourselves every day for the whole month! Because of that, every day throughout the month, we are going to spotlight one LGBTQ+ wrestler. These names will not be in any order, so this won’t be a countdown but more of a highlight to celebrate.

For June 10, we have Kidd Bandit.

Kidd Bandit is a Filipino Transwoman who stated her career in 2021. She has worked on the indie scene since her debut and has done matches in GCW, Prestige, Hoodslam, ZERO1, and more. She has shared the rings with such names as LuFisto, The Dark Shiek, Brooke Havok, Miyu Yamshita, and Zack Sabre Jr., just to name a few.

Bandit took 18 months off in her so far young career and just returned in March. She had taken the time off to further her gender-affirming transition. Calling herself “The Protagonist of Pro Wrestling,” Bandit kept fans up to date on her gender journey on her social media. She showed herself training to get back in the ring for her return.
